It's a boutique hotel in the city, we are also hoteliers, we chatted for a while, thank you, they work in a caring and disciplined manner. The cleanliness of the rooms is nice. It is suitable for families, but I think you need to call and arrange family rooms before coming. The location was also nice, close to everywhere. For this price, this service is unquestionable :)

Stay away at all cost. Most of the reviews are fake, this place is absolutely filthy. Door slammings and cigarettes smoking don’t stop until 4 or 5 am. Bed bugs.

We stayed there almost 3 weeks a go. Considering the price it is fair. Absolutely clean that’s for sure. The location is nice, just minutes away from public transportations. But it doesn’t have elevator or any special facilities just a single small room to sleep. We stayed there for two days but they didn’t change our towels or renew our tea and coffee packages. But overall you can’t find a better place with this budget.

The worst place I have ever seen in my life. I recommend you to see your room before entering. If you choose the room you will stay in or Maltepe Prison, there is no TV, no air conditioning, not even the slightest heater in the room.

I stayed in the zircon suite for the first time, there was no head towel, no foot towel, the shampoo box was empty and there was no water, and the price was 850 TL per night.

First of all, I was very pleased that it was in a central location, close to every corner of Istanbul, and that the staff was friendly and polite. I think their best feature is that they are meticulous about cleanliness.

It is not as shown, I did not like it at all, the lights placed for illumination in the room given to me harm the human eye and they have built the WC in the bathroom, there is no separate bathroom area, I definitely do not recommend it.

It is a quiet, comfortable, clean and peaceful hotel, the staff is helpful, the beds are large, the room is spacious, the location is within walking distance of Kozyatağı metro, I was satisfied.
